I am one of the biggest skeptics in the world. I have a 20gig 4th
Generation mistake that Apple allowed HP to manufacture. For
this, I will never purchase another HP product no matter how fantastic
it is. Frank, thank you for fixing my POS iPod and giving me
faith in technology humanity again. You are not only wonderful at your
repairs, but you are fair, just and remarkably
knowledgeable. Thank you for fixing my iPod, my bosses iPod and

LCD screen on my
son's Ipod recently got broken and we went to the Apple store to see about repairing it.They were only interested in selling us a newer model.I found Frank's site on the Web and spoke directly to him about our problem.He fixed it and we had it back within a week, all for the cost he had quoted us on his site.We would refer anyone needing service on their Ipod to send it to Frank. All my son's songs were saved and it's like new again.Thanks again Frank!
