Time Zones and Work Load influence my ability to answer every phone call at the moment it comes in.
I, (Frank) personally answer every call that comes in on the 877-iPod-Pro phone line. If you live on the east coast, I may still be asleep if you call early your time (which will be 3 hours earlier here). My friends
know I am fairly ardent fitness buff. I may be away from here running, at the gym or on a bike ride. I use the Nike +iPod running system and go for runs most days, also spend about 6 or 7 hours a week at a gym *plus* I go for bike rides (I used to own a bicycle
store check http://www.bikepro.com). If I don't answer your call and the answering machine isn't on, PLEASE EMAIL ME I will email you back right away, typically within minutes.
Because of my exercise routines, if you live in the area, call ahead to make sure I'm here if you want to discuss your iPod/Digital Camera/Cell Phone/Gaming Systems problem with me. For iPods, Cameras
and Phones you are free to use my "Emergency Patient Admittance System". There are padded mailers and work forms at the front gate of the Ipod Sick Bay. You can put your device in a mailer, put your
name and phone number on the work form, seal it and drop it in the Postal Mail Drop on the left.
