What Happens When We Receive Your iPod
On Arrival
As soon as we receive your package, we will contact you by phone to let
you know it has been received, and in most cases will give you a brief
analysis of any changes to the original diagnosis.
Often the telephone diagnosis is complete, but occasionally we find once we
have the iPod in our hands that something may have been overlooked in the
initial conversation. We will contact you immediately if we find this to be
the case.
If Parts Are Required
When we contact you, we will let you know of any additional parts that
will be required to make your iPod repair. We'll tell you what the
additional charges will be (replacement parts prices) and ask you how you
would like to pay the additional charges.
If we need to order parts to fulfill the repair, we will give you an idea
about the new estimated time of completion.
When Your iPod is Ready
When your repair is completed, we will contact you to let you know. We will
ship it back to you
at no additional charge.

If you live nearby, are traveling through or live in the San Francisco Bay Area bring your iPod to me and I can do the work while you wait or go wine tasting for a while. Send me an
email just to make sure I have on hand whatever parts your repair will require.
